Why won't my villager change jobs

After a few trades (2 or 3) the villager will no longer be willin

When I put a lectern it turns into a librarian and when I break it, they usually turn back. Sometimes I break the lectern but they don't turn back into a normal villager. There's always a villager thief so might as well consider this option. Just kidding. Villagers that has been traded with will always stay at that profession. There's a time of day that they can change profession. Also getting scared make them go crazy. Maybe consider deleting your world. Just kidding again.
