Was at the Sky Club in DCA earlier today (which offers a pretty good view) and some progress, but not a lot. The roof is on, but it is unfinished. The sides/walls are mostly open to the weather.

Seems like most of the people going to LAS centurion are flying AA - since there gates are right there and likely DL since DL website for Skyclub locations only lists the Centurion lounge as a DL lounge.
