Going to order a steel guide rod, the 8.5# hammer spring, trigger shoe, a stanless belt clip, a 12 round magazine, and installing the Houge rubber grip cover / sleeve. Like I said, I may just be throwing money away, but at least i will THINK I made the P11 be as good as it can possibally be.I've installed the magazine extensions (aka "Pinkie Extender" for each and the extender on the P11 is longer and lets me get more of a grip. The extender on the PF9 is shorter. In combination with the flatter, thinner profile, this makes the PF9 more difficult to control in the recoil.
