Library meeting rooms and other spaces will be available for use by the community. The Library reserves the right to review each prospective use and determine whether that use meets Kansas City Public Library meeting room and facility guidelines. The reserved time includes room setup and clean up. Reserve rooms for up to 4 hours at a time and for 24 hours total per week. You can book a room up to 120 days in advance. If you don't show up to a reserved room after 15 minutes, you'll lose your reservation. When not reserved, rooms are first come, first served.
