It's very busy around mealtimes and cleaning can suck if you haven't worked food service before but its rewarding when you realize most of the people you serve are older men and women who cannot cook for themselves all the time.The answer is usually because you feel stuck in some way. Once Publix implemented their piss poor pandemic raise and gift cards. I know it was going far more than down hill. Right around the time yearly evaluations were announced I left the company. Now I work at a law office and make way more than $13 hr and am full time with benefits. I feel bad that some people think their trapped at Publix.This is why I hate bringing carts in. it can be annoying when there’s like 50 million carts outside but w/e. what I hate is when there’s stray carts maybe 10 feet from the cart return. But frankly this looks like customers trying to be helpful in that "similar things together" mindset. I don’t understand this post.
