In my understanding, you need to begin the dynasty and in the offseason menu, you go to recruiting, let it generate all of the recruits and then stop there. Save the file, run the recruiting tool on it and then load it back into the game and do your recruiting. I would recommend joining the CFBRevamped Discord server if you have not done that yet.If you want to really customize your playbook look at college football revamped discord. They make customizable playbooks for certain teams like Coastal Carolina, Gun/Pistol Option and custom RPO playbooks. And I don't think you need revamped, you just have to install the playbook using a computerIt came with the latest version of revamped ready to go. I literally took it out of the box, powered it on and played revamped without having to do anything extra. He basically did all the heavy lifting. He added emulators for a bunch of other games too.
