2005 Honda Civic has a starting problem, most of the time you will hear one click and the starter will not engage, but if you keep turning the key back and forth it will eventually start. When it clicks just once there is about 9.5 volts on the solenoid terminal. Newer battery with clean posts and battery has been checked out and is fine.I have a 2012 civic and it sometimes takes a few seconds to start. It seems it happens mostly in the middle of the day. In the morning and I night it seems to crank fine. Also when this problem started I noticed that every now and then while driving the check airbag system notification would pop up for just a second and then disappear.
