POC-ERP . Hey guys, I’m considering applying for ROTC this coming year. I would go through POC-ERP since I have a family and would want to come back in as soon as I can. I know cadets have to go through Field training, but I heard that by the time you’re a POC as a normal cadet (4 years), you already went through field training.All accurate. POC-ERP you also retain your full pay. As far as AFSCs go, it depends on whether you go rated or non-rated. For rated jobs (pilot, ABM, RPA, CSO), there is a process where cadets are racked and stacked based on a variety of metrics; AFOQT pilot+nav scores, TBAS score, GPA, Commander Ranking, so on and so forth.
