Reinstalled entire game, deleted Fallout 4 folder in Documents, then reinstalled all the same mods, with same bash and merged patches. Started a new game, and Looksmenu was working again. When I applied certain presets, the heads exploded in all directions. I think they call it the exploding heads problem. To check if Buffout 4 is actually working, you can inspect xSE Plugin Preloader.log inside your Fallout 4 install folder or f4se.log inside Documents\My Games\Fallout4\F4SE folder after running the game at least once.
