Background: I'm on Xfinity's 1.2 Gbps plan connected to a Netgear CM1000 and a Netgear Orbi RBR750 w/2 satellites. All my buffer bloat and packet loss/bursting testing has been done with a PC hardwired into the Orbi with a good quality Cat6 Ethernet cable hooked into an Intel I219-V network adapter. I've done all the basic troubleshooting steps ... It will report bufferbloat on even the fastest connections . It is purely a tool to test you have correctly setup things like fa-codel. Way too much false information on gamer sites. The only reason you get bufferbloat is if you have overloaded your data connection either download or upload.
