No, only kicking gens activates call of brine. You need to specifically kick a gen to activate Call of Brine, so Pain Resonance, Ruin (obviously), and Jolt/Surge does not activate Call of Brine. Just add the bonuses from the two perks + default speed to get the actual value. COB is 125%, Overcharge is 130% at max. You only count default speed once, so that would actually be 100% + 25% +30%. You're actually getting 155% speed at best, 110% at worst when overcharge hasn't ramped up yet. 3.The way I see it is that Call of Brine has less regression but offers more consistent regression while Overcharge offers much better regression but isn't guaranteed to hit that point. Also Call of Brine does give noise notifications as well so I think there's valid reasons to run one over the other (Assuming they don't stack)
