Here is a list of the differences I see. 1) I have a gusset welded into the angle for extra support. 2) My adjustment bracket is curved to allow the alternator to move far enough to get the belt off the pulley before the bracket stops on the alternator case. Dot 5 which is silicone brake fluid will not mix with water. Water will sit separate and rust things. So if your rig sits outside and condensation forms from temp change, you need to bleed the system more often. Dot 5 is more expensive, but not in my mind with $1200.00 a gallon show paint.
