You can't just have a "good" combat rifle though. You have to have a PERFECT combat rifle for it to be better than a Fixer. A 1* Fixer with Junkies or Bloodied is outright better than ANY combat rifle EXCEPT for a Junkies Explosive or Bloodied Explosive with 5 points of Demo Expert and in that case the Combat Rifle is 13% stronger than the Fixer.One was a furious, so I use it on my commando.
