Paired with Fast Track based on the tokens its instantly at least 14% progression, building up to 61% (Stake Out gives you a plus 1% more) Running Hyperfocus and hitting 6 greats is 9.45 seconds off but only 4.05 seconds saved as you hit the greats in both situations. Stake out only gets 4 stacks, if you can't hit greats to keep Stake Out active and use all your stacks, you won't get the full mathimatical benifit.
