Just ordered a Credo 1-4 for it as well.Basically: the JAKL was probably well into preproduction before any of this SBR/brace nonsense came about. Just cancelling a project like that would be a waste of money and man-hours. W/r to the bolt catch, it's slightly dimensionally different from a milspec bolt catch.As long as the 5.56 runs well, I fully plan on buying the 300BLK. For me, the most attractive parts of this gun are: No buffer tube. AR lower/AR mags. AK gas system. Tool-free Adjustable gas block. Non-reciprocating charging handle. Monolithic upper.Complete rifles have an 11% (iirc) tax added on top. Buying them separately as parts doesn't incur that tax.
