As an experiment, I put two level 220ish theris on aggressive/wander/disable resource gathering to see how long they'd live. Clear an area, build a trap and use something that's actually strong enough to steamroll anything on Carno Island (except maybe the occasional Alpha Rex but they are pretty rare).
