Temp gauge drops to straight down, Fan blowing full and loud, A/C still Blows but Not cold and the recirculation button flashes. Kind of odd that it is the 2014's that have started doing this. I have a 2017 XT5 that I love everything about, except for the awful smell that comes out of the AC during warmer months. I've taken it in to the dealership and had it cleaned a couple of times.
