No. The negative balance only shows the difference between the hour used and how much you have. You can put PTO in, but unless you have an hour of PTO, you'll still be negative. They don't "automatically" do it unless you have a full hour to cover it. Example: you take an hour off but only have 30 minutes of UPT and PTO.I am probably going to be negative 30 minutes upt.
