I'm not sure that changing the GPU designation as suggested above will work; even if it did, that would mean rendering frames on the integrated GPU, and then sending them to the Nvidia card for encoding, and then back off the Nvidia card to be streamed or recorded. I've been having some issues unrelated to yours with this new driver. This was a recent update I believe about 4 days ago. If it's working before, this might be an issue with this new driver. I've downgraded to the old driver to fix my own problem so I can't test the nvenc for this new driver. I don't have a better answer than to downgrade to ...Restart OBS.
