Smith) WASHINGTON — Some Army users suffered through an email outage that began Wednesday and lasted until Friday morning, Defense Department IT leaders said Oct. 22.Below are the three primary locations for logging onto the Navy's NMCI webmail System. It is recommended that you first try with the location closest, if that does not work try the other two locations. NMCI webmail East Login: https://webmail.east.nmci.navy.mil/.
