Voltage at battery posts, should be @ 12.5, check voltage at cable ends, should be the same, and voltage at starter same, but that's tough to do with the location of the starter. Guess with these junk engines, turn the engine with the crank bolt to make certain it turns and not seized.The engine turns over pretty good but just doesn't start. At first it would take 2 or 3 attempts before it would start but as of yesterday I was getting up to 4 and 5 tried before it would start. After it starts it appears to run fine and if shut off for less than a 20 minutes it starts right back up.
