When you raise as a zombie after a sudden death, that's a sure sign you're infected. Queasy can show up for a variety of reasons and the best way to tell if you're infected is that a short while after being injured via zombie your character will become queasy and anxious. And hot. To answer your question, if a wound says "infected" it means a standard mundane wound infection. Don't fret though, this isn't NEO Scavenger or real life. No, thats wrong. The knox infection will appear as "infected" on a wound, the same way a regular infection does. You cant tell the two apart on the menu itself, but you CAN'T be infected without a bite, scratch, or laceration from a zombie. So while there's no direct indication on the menu, you can figure it out with context.Yeah, it's possible, as long as you don't get zombified.
