The U.S. Postal Service is moving forward with plans to potentially move regional mail processing operations out of Montana. The USPS has been looking at shifting some mail processing from Missoula Processing and Distribution Center (P&DC) to a similar facility in Spokane, Washington.The reason USPS is so bad is they have been underfunded for years.
