How to fix negative upt amazon
Just went negative upt, how long will it take for them to fire me?I accumulated 151 negative hours. Was too lazy to officially quit. Stopped going in, assuming they would just fire me. I got a email a couple weeks ago. Saying, sence this was my first offense, they'd clear my hours back to zero. Amazon must be desperate for help at some of their warehouses. Was like, uh. . .

Well been working for Amazon a year already, and recently i picked up a shift (12am - 6am) i dint really saw that it was a overnight shift and i missed it thinking I was supposed to go in the afternoon. You can retroactively apply that PTO to the past shift that made you go negative, which will refund the UPT. Not yet. Create a case in A to Z and say that your site excused you to get tested but the system still took your UPT. That will get your UPT refunded to you. Will do, thank you!! If for some reason that doesn't work, call the ERC. They will submit a ticket to your site HR to refund your UPT. You do get UPT. If it's scheduled to drop and you are gone on a leave it's only fair to get UPT. It's a system glitch, but you are supposed to get UPT. No one ever said "You will be denied UPT if you are on a leave when UPT drops."
