4cm 70 effaced
When a woman is 4cm dilated and 70% effaced, it is a sign that labor may be approaching. At this stage, the cervix is softening and thinning out, which allows the baby to move down the birth canal more easily. One of the common physical changes that women may experience is the loss of their mucus plug.I was 3 cm and 70 percent effaced at 36+5 (2 days ago).
