Heat not working in 2012 jeep liberty

2010 jeep liberty heater not working. Jeep does not overheat, a/c works but temp controll does not. No matter how hot I turn the knob, the air temp blowing in stays the same (ambient air from outside). When a/c is on same knob will not change the level of coolness. No warning lights are on at any time. Jeep has 70400 miles of street use.

Don't rely on looking thru the reservoir, remove the cap and inspect the level.
