Don't rely on looking thru the reservoir, remove the cap and inspect the level. I've actually found that the heated and vented seats in the jeep are junk. You can barely feel the heat with your bare hand and you definitely can not feel the air for the vented seats. If heat will not blow onto floor, but it does on the windshield, than the blend door actuator is not the problem, but than it should be the mode door. If indeed the problem is no heat at all, windshield nor floor, than a good change that the problem is the actuator gear.There isn't a fuse for the blower motor.
