I'm having the same problems (sunroof rattle). I bought my 2014 SQ5 2 years ago. Last year it developed a rattle. Took it to the Audi dealer in Inverness, and they identified it was coming from the sunroof. They replaced the sunroof, but the rattle is back. If you do this, the sunroof won't close, as it needs to bring the interior cover at least the two inches forward.
