Hi guys I have a Ruger Mini 14 Ranch Rifle with th old pencil thin barrel. I have been thinking about installing a Accu Strut or the Mo Rod version. After looking at both models I like the standard Lt model in Stainless Steel. There is also a lighter weight version with cross drilled holes that weighs about one ounce less 7 ounces vs 8 ounces.Join Date: February 15, 2009. Posts: 668. I'm skeptical.
