Hello All! I’m new to Anki and as a result am struggling with the interface and the best way to achieve what I am desiring to get done. Here’s the situation: I’ve recently – within the last 3 or 4 weeks – downloaded the MileDown Kaplan deck as part of my MCAT studying regiment. Problem, though, is that I’m trying to get as many cards done as I can …click on settings cog for this deck, select "options". select "manage" (which is next to "options group") at the top right. now rename the group whatever you want (because you will want this deck to have different options settings from the other decks) then (in the same options menu for this deck) change the setting to 1000 new cards/day.You can definitely get a 515+ with Miledown. Both Miledown and I scored a 515+. Remember that anki is just a tool for content review. You supplementing your content review with books is a great way to go beyond Miledown's deck. Personally I like the Jack Sparrow decks better than the Milesdown. I’ve tried both. The JS deck is just so much more in depth than the MD one to me, and it’s based directly off the Kaplan books. Because the Miledown is not separated by the specific Kaplan chapters, how do you guys go about adding cards for a specific topic? For example, I'm reviewing the Immune system and I've already unsuspended the cards pertaining to the Kaplan Immune system chapter but I want to add additional cards as I do practice questions/watch YouTube videos.ConsciousTechnology1 • 3 yr. ago. Yes. For missed questions or content gaps you don't realize, you can make your own cards. I would also look at the Anki decks errata as there are a few well-known errors in the deck that we see pop up in this sub every so often that have already been mentioned.Study with Quizlet and memorize flashcards containing terms like amino acids, L, cysteine and more.
