Jul 16, 2021 · Intermittent Picture Freeze - U-Verse Signal Has Been Lost Returned from a couple weeks vacation and discovered that my U-Verse channels now freeze every few minutes. The message screen about the U-Verse signal being lost will stay on for a couple of minutes then the picture will come back.Um, thanks, Max, but I did not say that U-verse runs on the Internet. Some parts of U-verse do (e.g. the Mobile App, the music service and possibly OnDemand), but the U-verse IPTV signal actually doesn't run "on the Internet". It does, however, run on the same AT&T network connection as your AT&T Internet service and something that affects one ...Unplug the gateway, DVR, wireless access point (W.A.P), and all wireless receivers. After at least 30 seconds plug the gateway back in and let if fully reboot. Next plug the DVR back in and allow it to fully reboot. Once the DVR is working plug the W.A.P back in. Finally plug the wireless receivers back in.
