TRT 4 weeks in. Hi, first time posting on here. I've been on TRT for 4 weeks now - Testosterone Cypionate ate 200mg/ml: 0.16ml three x per week and HCG 250 units three x per week. I exercise most days - 3 x weights and 4 x cardio. Diet is LCHF and no alcohol for 6 weeks now. I know it's very early but so far haven't really noticed any ...However the issue I encountered was the urologist had no idea what he was doing. He said he typically has patients inject once every 2 weeks. I got my bloodwork down and failed to check 1/2 of the critical items such as free test, SHBG, etc. Then based on my total T results (975) he wanted my to cut my protocol down from 140mg/week to 100mg/week.
