From my subreddit sleuthing, it seems that the bad pop-up isn't always accurate (unlike the good pop-up). SOme people get a bad pop up and actually have a passed official result. 1.BUT, the NCLEX does cut off at the minimum of 85 under two circumstances-either the test-taker has answered at least 95% of the questions correctly or 95% of the questions incorrectly...
