I was able to solo up to and including Zul in Uldir on normal easily enough. Didn't try past him because I was only in there to grab the Bloodbeast taming book on my hunter anyway. Battle for Dazar'alor was doable up to and including Jadefire Masters also on normal but it definitely took longer than Uldir.
