The Nepto Dragon appears as a large creature that must be caught to complete the third and final part of the Fisher quest Feast of Famine. It can be found in the fishing hole Rhotano Sea (Privateer Sterncastle), which can be accesed in Eastern La Noscea by talking with the Ferry Skipper (Bloodshore) at Costa del Sol.So I decided to clear all side quests. Knowing my luck, the first quest I picked up is feast of famine - not knowing what it involves until I accepted the quest. Through idk how many days of suffering, I got 5 out of 6 legendary fishes. Only nepto dragon remains. In a rainy or shower weather, I use Patience II.

While it is understandable to make quests challenging to give a greater sense of accomplishment when done, it makes absolutely no sense to have the NPC/Boss in a duty cast an instant death spell when the quest is almost finished.
