It's really hard to believe that the new Spectrum system cloud DVR has no function to fast forward or rewind. I would think that this would be a required function of the cloud DVR. However such is not the the case and that functionality does not exist. Who engineered this mess and how could that simple and required functionality be left out?I have use the spectrum app on both Roku and Apple TV. it works way better on Apple TV. Cloud DVR is an extra subscription- call customer care and they will add it. Then it will show up in the app. Do yourself a favor and keep the Apple TV and stay away from Roku. (I think the spectrum app isn't available on Roku anyway due to contract disputes)Along with pixilation and "Channel Not Available" issues.
