Main Class. Arcanist Lv 88. After experimenting with 3 different parties: 1 with a NM Spawning group that spawned 3 NM's, took less than 1 hour; a Trex Lvl 34/35 Group that lasted an hour and a lvl 31-32 PT killing lvl 37 mobs with 2 NM's for 120 minutes. They all gave horrible lights xD. Gained 1 frosted protean crystal today from all that xD.

I'm not aware of one, but then again it's not really neccesary at this point. Run unsynced Sastasha/Tam-Tara for light. IIRC you get 48 light per clear (96 when bonus) and can be cleared in approximately 5-8 minutes. i'm getting 16 (48 with bonus) for light. i don't want to have to run 3 times per mahatma.Mutated mobs change element, drop around 2x-4x the EXP, and have a much higher light drop chance. Higher level mobs mutate more often. NM spawning associated mobs do not mutate. Mutated mobs drop Cold-Warped Lockboxes more often. Anubys and Frozen Dragons are the mobs of choice for farming these boxes. There's no extra magicite in Pagos.

Light bonuses change every 2 hours, even numbered PST, odd numbered EST.The books require you to travel a lot, wait for fates to pop, makes you do leve quests over and over and let's you run the same couple dungeons. It's a drag and they take ages to finish. What's especially jarring is how you get synced down for every fate. The light is just Aurum Vale 42 times, which is just completely repetitive, but it ...IF that gives light (I can't remember if those do, and Google-fu says nothing about them, just the <50 dungeons) it's probably the lowest amount available, so that could be a viable farming method, if not overly tedious (since assuming 4 light per run, that's still 500 runs of Ifrit SM).

The wiki is great for monitoring your progress and knowing how many points of light you have for your weapon. Undersized parties do work, so if you want to grind a lower level dungeon alone or with a friend, you'll still get light. Fastest way for clears. 2. The reddit ...Doing the math, it should take 250 ST runs ( 8 x 250 = 2000 ). But it would appear the most efficient way to farm lights would be a full party of people doing Alex maps, x7 or more per person, 1 per retainer (some people have more than 2 retainers), 1 in inventory, 1 in key items (deciphered), 1600 myth saved up, and one being "held" by the daily quest NPC (complete the DR expert, but don't ...
