I recommend using felinor, etrean, or vesperian races when it comes to combat or making getaways. If it becomes a really big issue, look into Gale or Frostdraw for an attunement. Gale is great for mobility, allowing you to run away easier. Frostdraw can slow your opponents, so try a hit and run tactic.
