It is a great mod sometimes if u have to many survivors some might just wander off but I've used it and it cuts down on so much work make them forege stuff and you will have so many items you won't know what to do with my survivors have found over 1k empty bottles so far and chipped stone and twigs and so much more. 1.

And the best settings I found for me so far are, suvivors spawn rate at the lowest. 5% or 0% chance of spawning with guns (because there is always a guy with a shotgun making noise at 2 in the morning attracting zeds). This is an example mod for the superior survivors mod's Clothing AND weapon update. Do you want to have the ability to make NPCs wear different random sets of clothing than defaults?

Get Subpar Survivors. It's an extra mod that goes along with the other and helps with fps. Prepare for the first half a day to full day to be laggy. For some reason when I spawn in fresh it's really slow. Don't do the prison spawn. Starts really laggy.

One thing you can do is have a farmer npc that way you can generate some food to account for the consumption of the NPCs.
