Freightliner smartshift problems
I have a smartshift trasmission, and lately is having problems going in 4 th gear, and when is in 10 th gear going 70, it seems like if it want to get out of gear, today, on 10th gear lost the speedometer ,check engine ligth , and and F on tha 10th gear appear.pull over and reset it it show ecu 130.drove with an F but was changing gears good.Wait for at least 30 minutes before reconnecting the battery cables. Turn on the engine and check the mode ID on the smartshift selector switch. It should display "AUTO" for automatic drive mode.
