After placing it down and getting a dwarf assign to build it I go back up to check on the merchant and i get hit with a black screen saying "I am your liaison, lets discuss your situation". I don't really know what to do because 1: I don't really know what the situation is, and 2: I don't know how to discuss with the liaison.
