So it could very well end up a waste of everyone's time and cause irreparable distress and discord for her and her family. the only way she's gonna recover the money (which isn't what she wants anyway) in a timely manner is gonna be a direct payment from her brother/parents, who couldn't afford the vacation, so I doubt he has the payout money.I think my wife is right.
