From what I've heard customer service for all 4 major motherboard brands (ASUS, Gigabyte, Asrock, and MSI) are kind of shit. But quality-wise Asrock is reputable and in general is no better/worse than the other 3 (although like with any component some people will swear by one brand or another).The B650E-I Strix apparently uses an RZ616 AMD/Mediatek card for its wireless networking. Given the AX1675 found on the B650E PG-ITX Wifi is essentially a rebadged AX210, the Mediatek-based RZ616 is likely going to be worse in consistency. asrock's board pretty well across the board haven't gotten 1207 or rather only recently got a beta bios. Asrock's stability and performance have been rock solid across the board, personally out of all the asrock boards i've handled, i've never experience any kind of tpm glitch and none of my customers have so there may be good justification for asrock to hold off delivering an official update ... Compare that to the B660M Steel Legend, which doesn't have the same warnings. HUB did test with a 120mm fan pointed at the VRM which is more effective than any downdraft air cooler at cooling the VRM.
