Let's say I have a item with a 60 second cooldown and 2 stacks of Gesture of the Drowned, is the CD reduction calculated as. 60 s CD * (50% + 50%) -> 60s * 100% = 60 s CD reduction. OR. 60s CD * 50% = 30s CD * 50% = 15s CD. I've had backup + drowned in the past and it worked fine.
