The shader itself is a hit and miss. On some weapons like the thoughtless it doesnt look great and on others like the under your skin it looks fantastic imo. Edit: i got one to drop every gm nightfall run, still cant say if its tied to platinum but then again one does not simply gm if one doesnt go for platinum.Yes it for the curse breaker seal.
