Get it out undo it dry it with a paper towel followed by a blow dryer on low heat, slide shrink tube over the wire,reconnect, shrink the wrap with heat.May 5, 2012. #1. I believe the E1 code is a lack of 120 volts to the system. Either, you don't have your trailer plugged in, the breaker is off or tripped, or there is some other reason the A/C system isn't getting voltage. Don't think there is a problem with the thermostat.
