Aug 28, 2019. #1. I had box holders earlier this week and had about a full flat tub left of boxholders and was questioned by the postmaster did I do all of them! I have been a regular carrier about 15 years and this is the first time since I was a RCA over 20 years ago that I was asked that! It just rubbed me the wrong way.
