I never really understood the issue honestly. Eventually, they fixed it and I was officially RXOM. This resulted in me being owed almost 3 months of back pay. Once she had me set up in the system she calculated the amount owed and said I would see it on my next pay check… the last two pay checks I have received nothing.Our rxom schedules herself 8-4 Monday-Friday but leaves around 12 or 1 every single day and it's very unprofessional specially when we had 5 people quit on us.
