I have reinstalled all the sensors put in a new base station rebooted the base station with the white button underneath the cap on the base station.The solution described by the original post is a simple Keypad reset. Here are the steps, for clarity: Unmount your Keypad by sliding it up, and away from the bracket. Remove all of the batteries. Wait 5 minutes to allow the power to fully flush out. Reinsert the batteries. The Keypad should reboot, and reconnect with the Base Station shortly.
