One thing you could do is use the mod cathedral presets, it allows Weird. It never looks like that in my game, with or without lighting mods on top of it, vanilla or modded. I assume that's the effect of post-processing effects by an ENB, or it's just Skyrim's built in terrible screenshot system. edit: yep. It's an ENB that edits the imagespace.
