They are also too short to use as a primary stick in my opinion, 4 LW regular sticks will get you 16-20 foot or so, where as 4 muddy sticks will MAYBE get you 12 or 14 feet. The dual step is a nice feature but being its gear driven it also makes a lot of noise.
